How does the free trial work?
TidyWallet works fully on your device with a 7-day free trial — no account needed. After the trial, a subscription is required to keep using the app.
What is TidyWallet Pro?
Pro unlocks cloud backup, sync across your devices, a shared space for up to two people, and AI-powered monthly insights. It's available as an annual or monthly auto-renewing subscription with a 7-day free trial.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are billed by the App Store. Manage or cancel anytime on your device: Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions. You keep Pro access until the end of the current billing period.
How do I restore my purchase?
Open the app, go to the paywall or Settings, and tap “Restore purchases”. Make sure you're signed in with the Apple ID you used to subscribe.
How do I delete my account and data?
In the app, open Settings (the gear icon, top-right) and tap “Delete account”. This permanently removes your account and all cloud data. Data stored only on your device is removed when you delete it in the app or uninstall it.
Is my financial data private?
Yes. On the trial and for non-subscribers, all your data stays on your device and never reaches our servers. For Pro subscribers, data is synced to our secure backend only to provide backup, sync, and sharing. We don't show ads, don't track you, and never sell your data. AI insights are generated from aggregated figures only — never your raw transactions.
How does the shared space work?
A Pro subscriber can invite one other person by email to share the same data (up to two people total). The invited person installs the app, taps “Have an invite?”, and joins using the invited email. Either person can leave the space at any time.
